The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Chihuahua, with banks and shopping options nearby. The rooms, although tiny, come with a comfortable bed and a practical workspace. The service was friendly and welcoming, but the requirement for advance payment and pricing discrepancies were a downside. Despite some noise disturbances, the location proved to be very clean and convenient for exploring the city.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were smaller than what we expected from other IBIS Hotels but still were comfortable and clean. The service had some shortcomings in handling noise disturbances, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was not the best but had convenient amenities nearby. The dining options were not included but of good standard.
